    Our Mountain City web is very slow loading it seems to me recently.  I looked at a few things and wondering if the high number of Spam Discussion Groups could be the cause.  Looks like over 650 Spam Groups.

    I just spent about 4 hours  deleting about 1000 spam users and their associated posts.  I will look into groups next.
